Choose a MoU — start preparing directly

Select Paris, Tokyo or another regime below. Selecting a port is optional. USCG is a separate national regime.

Where are you calling?

This is not an exhaustive world port database. Mapping is a starting guide based on country/authority membership, not a definitive inspection assignment. Multiple memberships are shown together. Port selection takes precedence over manual regime. Date comparison covers only the campaigns recorded below.

SELECTED PREPARATION FILE

Prepare even if your port is not listed

Select a port or regime first. Meanwhile use the common checks below and confirm the regime with the authority/agent.

Campaign check — open the official notice

Recorded campaigns are not an exhaustive or live CIC feed. No listed campaign does not mean no campaign exists. Open each regime’s current notices.

No verified campaign record for this selection. Check the official portal; this does not mean “no CIC”.

Do not interpret Cargo Securing as a requirement to lash all dry bulk cargoes. Verify vessel/cargo applicability and each question against the official form.

Support preparation with evidence

This is an internal preparation aid, not an official PSC questionnaire or pass score. “Reviewed” is not compliance approval. Choices exist only on this open page and reset on reload. Preserve notes through PDF printing.
