Crew management for our dry bulk fleet is carried out by Columbia Shipmanagement and Marlow Navigation. These partners handle recruitment, crew planning, administration, payroll, travel and crew changes. Dadaylılar Shipping coordinates with them in its role as shipowner.
Dadaylılar Shipping maintains close oversight of the crewing process and works together with its crew management partners to ensure that our vessels are manned by qualified, experienced and properly certified seafarers who meet the operational requirements of each vessel.
Particular attention is given to crew competence, training, continuity and familiarization, while effective communication between ship, shore management and our crewing partners supports safe and efficient vessel operations.
