Dadaylilar Shipping is a privately owned shipping company with more than 60 years of experience in international dry bulk shipping.

Based in Istanbul, our fleet comprises six bulk carriers, trading worldwide across major international routes.

Our activities span ship owning, ship management and chartering, supported by an experienced shore-based management team and professional seafarers.

For more than six decades, our approach has remained consistent: safe operations, reliable performance and hands-on management. We combine generations of maritime experience with the flexibility and commercial awareness required in today's shipping markets.

ISM Management

DEDE DENIZCILIK TASIMACILIK TICARET LTD. STI. is the Document of Compliance (DOC) holder and the company responsible for ISM management of our fleet. In this role, it is responsible for implementing and maintaining the Safety Management System in accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code.

Our vessels are operated in accordance with the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, applicable class and flag requirements, and international maritime regulations, with safety, environmental responsibility and operational integrity at the core of our activities.
