Dadaylilar Shipping places the quality, competence and welfare of its seafarers at the heart of safe and reliable vessel operations.
Crew management services for our fleet are carried out in cooperation with established international crew management partners, including Marlow Navigation and Columbia Shipmanagement. Through these partnerships, recruitment, crew planning, administration, payroll, travel arrangements and crew changes are professionally coordinated in accordance with applicable international requirements and company standards.
Dadaylilar Shipping maintains close oversight of the crewing process and works together with its crew management partners to ensure that our vessels are manned by qualified, experienced and properly certified seafarers who meet the operational requirements of each vessel.
Particular attention is given to crew competence, training, continuity and familiarization, while effective communication between ship, shore management and our crewing partners supports safe and efficient vessel operations.
