RightShip Readiness Centre

Official RISQ, vetting, Safety Score, GHG/CII and close-out references with an independent readiness work file.

RIGHTSHIP · READINESS & OFFICIAL SOURCES

Beyond one score. Four distinct review paths.

Track inspection, vetting, environmental data and finding closure separately. This centre supports preparation; it does not issue RightShip approval or outcomes.

Original diagram showing four separate review paths

01 · RISQ 3.2

Official issue: November 2025. Verify applicable sections in the official document. The links open PDF pages; the complete questionnaire is not reproduced here.

Some PDF readers may ignore the page fragment; use the section number.

02 · Vetting / Safety Score

Current Dry Bulk Baseline: Revision 4.0, effective 1 October 2026. Select the separate official document for other vessel groups.

Safety Score alone is not a vetting acceptance. The particular cargo/voyage and customer criteria are assessed as well.

Age trigger: current schedule

ImplementationPublished threshold
01.04.202612 years and above
01.07.202611 years and above
20.01.202710,5 years and above

Age uses the delivery date; build year alone is insufficient. This schedule concerns dry bulk/general cargo. Performance can also trigger inspection independently of age.

Schedule source check: 17 October 2026. A future threshold is not treated as current. Confirm boundary dates and platform records with RightShip; this page has no age/approval calculator.

Why do we not turn a score into an acceptance?

The work file exposes missing evidence, date discrepancies and unexplained findings. It does not replace RightShip review or the customer’s vetting request.

03 · GHG / EEXI / CII

GHG Rating · A–E

Compares design efficiency with peer vessels; the peer group changes. We do not recalculate the official rating here.

GHG Rating methodology ↗

CII ≠ GHG

CII addresses past operational performance; GHG addresses design potential. The same letter scale does not mean the same assessment.

GHG, EEXI & CII distinctions ↗

Document verification

Keep separate references for the current platform record, EEDI/EEXI technical files, CII document and changes. Submit evidence through the official channel.

Environmental Review ↗

04 · Inspection validity & close-out

Inspection date alone does not establish validity; use the final report and platform record. Automatic show-stopper impacts were removed from 17 June 2026; earlier closed outcomes are not changed retrospectively.

Inspection Validity Criteria ↗

Finding → cause analysis → correction → prevention → verification evidence. A closure submission does not establish acceptance.

Vessel-specific evidence file

These independent work notes are not official RISQ questions. Entries are not stored or submitted; print/save PDF before leaving.

1 · Match vessel identity, delivery date, type and actual operation

2 · Record official document versions and applicable sections

3 · Last inspection report, outcome and platform expiry record

4 · Open finding file, action owners and acceptance evidence

5 · Customer, cargo and voyage context of the vetting request

6 · Separate GHG/CII documents and verification records
