Candidate Pool Explicit Consent

This text concerns the Dadaylilar Shipping candidate pool and is separate from the Applicant Privacy Notice. The data controller is Dadaylilar Shipping. Your consent is limited to the candidate-pool purpose below.

I give my explicit consent for my name, contact details, qualifications, education, experience and vessel or employment history entered in the form, together with application information in my uploaded CV, to be retained and used for up to 6 months from submission to consider me for suitable future vacancies at Dadaylilar Shipping and contact me.

Joining the general candidate pool is my choice; the checkbox is not preselected. Without consent, my general application is not sent and I do not join the pool. Refusal does not prevent consideration of an application to an existing vacancy under an appropriate legal basis. Inclusion and retention in the general candidate pool requires this consent. Where there is no current vacancy, applications without this consent are not retained in the candidate pool.

I may withdraw consent without giving a reason by writing to ops@dadaylilarshipping.net. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing based on consent. Candidate-pool use stops after withdrawal and data without another valid processing condition is deleted or destroyed.

This declaration is not a blanket permission to share data or transfer it abroad. Technical providers and international-transfer conditions must be explained separately in the Applicant Privacy Notice.
